Job Summary
Provide professional, upbeat customer service and consult clients on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services. Meet, exceed, and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals individually and as a team. Maintain a clean, organized salon environment and complete daily business tasks. Manage all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention. This role supports a vibrant, team-focused environment at Palm Beach Tan, offering opportunities for advancement from within.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Proven customer experience
- One or more years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals individually and as a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
