Job Summary
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays while executing merchandising projects, resets, and remodels. Keep backrooms and work areas clean, greet customers to assist with product questions, and collaborate with store managers to complete daily priorities. Use technology to track time and report completed work, maintaining a safe environment by following procedures and reporting hazards. Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting, requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work part-time day shifts between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm on weekdays and weekends, with flexibility for evenings, holidays, and travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder
- Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
