Job Summary
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays while executing merchandising projects, resets, and remodels. Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service. Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly. Work collaboratively with store managers and team members to complete daily priorities, using technology to track time and report completed work. Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Travel between locations as scheduled and assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder
- Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus
