Job Summary
Store Representative III for the Gallery Shop/Art Lending Services oversees merchandising, inventory, and office procedures; responsible for inventory accuracy, ordering and maintaining merchandise, and establishing storage inventories. Supervises student and part-time workers, coordinates volunteers, maintains time sheets, trains volunteers, and processes approved invoices to vendors/artists. Maintains strong relationships with Gallery staff and university contacts; coordinates reporting and records, and performs other duties as assigned to support a welcoming, inclusive campus environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supervising student and part-time workers
- Merchandising/inventory management
- Ability to manage invoices and vendor payments
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Customer service and public interaction experience
