Store Project Specialist

Job Summary
Collaborate to develop in-store fixtures across key operations, merchandising and marketing initiatives. Balance strategic direction and oversight with direct development and implementation of fixtures & supply inventory management for stores. Manage receipt, processing, fulfillment, and documentation of fixture requests; maintain fixture inventory on the E-Procurement platform; coordinate deliveries and shipments between stores and distribution centers; process shipping and receiving documentation; lead fixture repair and maintenance; oversee third-party projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support merchandising strategies; organize in-store tests and site surveys; manage invoices for vendor partners; execute additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships
- Highly versatile, excelling both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and self-motivated to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficient in multi-tasking, with superior organizational and time management abilities
