Job Summary
Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers while delivering a consistently positive and engaging customer experience. Deliver parts using POS, inventory, and catalog tools to support efficient order fulfillment and logistics. Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe store environment. Assist with inventory control activities including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, and conducting cycle counts. Support store operations, team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials (moderate weight)
- Standing for extended periods and frequent movement within the store
- Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and responsiveness
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment
- Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenance
- Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems
- Background in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, farm, marine, or dealership environments
- ASE Certification (not required)
