Job Summary
Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers while delivering a consistently positive and engaging customer experience. Utilize product knowledge to assist customers, operate POS and inventory systems, and coordinate deliveries to support efficient logistics. Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment by performing general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks. Assist with inventory control activities including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, and conducting cycle counts. Contribute to various store operations, merchandising, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment
- Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenance
- Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems
- Background in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, farm, marine, or dealership environments
- ASE Certification (not required)
