Store Presentation and Innovation Manager

Job Summary
Lead the development, design direction, production, and installation of in-store graphics and communication assets to support brand storytelling and merchandising priorities. Drive end-to-end project lifecycle for in-store graphics, environmental graphics, wayfinding, and communication programs, collaborating with retail buyers, Merchants, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure on-brand, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Manage concepts through vendor coordination, proofing, production, installation, and in-store execution, while maintaining consistency with brand standards across all store formats. Shape and communicate seasonal campaigns and category messaging, optimize graphics placement and readability for customer engagement and navigation, and provide ongoing feedback to improve merchandising initiatives. Travel up to 50% to support new stores, remodels, and ongoing projects. Requires strong visual design sense, project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with graphic production processes.
