Job Summary
Create render and visual concept images to communicate brand identity and space experience, translating creative briefs into high-impact visuals. Develop presentation materials ensuring consistency between design vision and representation while managing the entire retail project cycle from location analysis to final realization. Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders on project progress, addressing any critical issues and verifying technical drawings for compliance with concepts and local regulations. Act as the interface between HQ and local teams to foster alignment and communication. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea magistrale in Architettura/Design, Ingegneria o percorsi equivalenti
- Esperienza consolidata in ambito store planning e rendering
- Attività pregresse in rendering avanzato e visual storytelling
- Esperienza nella creazione di render fotorealistici di alta qualità (3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona)
- Ottima padronanza di software di modellazione (AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp)
- Capacità di lavorare su più progetti contemporaneamente
- Interfacciarsi con team e stakeholder internazionali
- Garantire qualità visiva
- Rispetto delle tempistiche
- Allineamento agli obiettivi progettuali
- Sensibilità estetica e progettuale
- Forte attenzione al dettaglio
