Job Summary
Parts Professional provides prompt and courteous service in-store, over the telephone, or at the dealer’s shop, looks up parts in catalogs or the POS system, processes orders with high accuracy, and advises customers on part selection. Maintains product knowledge, supports store personnel, handles stock orders and pricing methods, provides asset security, and delivers customer satisfaction through strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 60 pounds; ASE Parts Specialist certification is required, and the role involves operating the POS system and manual- transmission vehicle as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certified
- Able to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission
- Able to work retail hours at any store location
- Able to lift and move parts/boxes up to 60 pounds
