Job Summary
Determine needs and accurately specify parts, create and modify purchase orders, and issue orders to vendors. Record warranty returns, create special orders on the dealership computer system, and review tracking logs. Process and close open invoices by comparing them against requisitions to verify quality and quantity. Maintain ongoing warehouse parts inventory and attend weekly department meetings. Requires average computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe software, plus one year of dealership warehouse experience. Starting pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

- One year of dealership warehouse experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Average computer skills in Windows
- Average computer skills in Microsoft Office

- Average computer skills in Adobe software
- Great communication skills
