Job Summary
Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers. Lead service components by enforcing stellar food quality, engaging customer service, employee friendliness, and store cleanliness. Establish a culture of excellence that prioritizes cookie quality, sales performance, and personal growth while managing and auditing inventory. Create and execute fun, local marketing drops and drive in-store recognition programs and contests. This role requires 3+ years of management experience in restaurant or retail, availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday, and proficiency with restaurant/retail business software and MS Office tools. We offer a competitive pay starting at $26.50 plus monthly bonuses, a $50 monthly cellphone stipend, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thurs- Sun)
- Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality when it comes to day-to-day management of the business
- An innate sense of true hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service to all of our guests
- A solid technical acumen regarding restaurant/retail business software
- Proficiency with MS Outlook
- Proficiency with Excel
- Proficiency with MS Teams
- Prior experience hiring employees using an Applicant Tracking System
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens - a plus
