Job Summary
Store Operations Manager (GM) for Fort Worth, TX responsible for hiring and developing a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers), leading service quality, inventory controls, and local marketing drops to drive sales. Will cultivate a culture of excellence in cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance, and will implement in-store recognition programs. Requires 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting, ability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun, and proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and Applicant Tracking Systems. Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus, and the role emphasizes mentorship, training, and professional growth within a fast-growing, hospitality-focused brand.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thurs-Sun)
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and prior experience hiring employees using an Applicant Tracking System
- Familiarity with commercial convection ovens - a plus
- Ability to hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers
