Job Summary
Store Operations Manager at Insomnia Cookies for the brand-new West Hartford, CT location. Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers; lead service components to ensure top food quality, customer service, and sales performance; manage and audit inventory; create and execute local marketing drops; drive in-store recognition programs. Requires 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment; availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun; strong hospitality mindset; proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and experience using an Applicant Tracking System; familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
