Store Operations Manager Crumbl

This is a full-time salaried Store Operations Manager role reporting directly to the President and Vice President of Operations. You will share responsibility with the Assistant Store Manager for all typical Operations Manager duties, including hiring, scheduling, and training, with a focus on production of the weekly rotating menu, quality control of all products, and leading staff to deliver the highest quality and customer service. Responsibilities include making final hiring decisions on hourly staff, creating and maintaining staffing schedules, overseeing training and certifications for food handlers, enforcing policy compliance, defining and sustaining a Culture of Excellence, monitoring KPIs related to Customer Service and Dessert quality, leading catering and fundraising partnerships, handling inbound customer inquiries by email and phone, collaborating with the Assistant Store Operations Manager to achieve store goals, and engaging in local community fundraising and marketing opportunities. Minimum requirements include basic English communication (Spanish a plus), background in QSR or similar high-paced retail F&B, 2+ years managing 10+ hourly staff, 1+ year creating staffing schedules, ability to work 40-45 hours weekly including nights and Saturdays, ServeSafe preferred (or equivalent within 30 days), proficiency with smartphones/tablets and basic spreadsheets, ability to lift 50lbs, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, background check clearance, and ability to attend online meetings.
