Store Operations Consultant - Execution Support

Job Summary
Lead development and implementation of store improvement tools and processes to drive business results. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects, best practices, and process improvements; analyze field feedback and reporting to inform recommendations for process improvement and ROI. Manage end-to-end project execution across stores from development to implementation, using qualitative and quantitative analytics to identify ROI, current/future state, and cost savings. Provide actionable performance recommendations to key stakeholders, and offer real-time guidance for day-to-day procedural questions. Review and publish policies, procedures, and processes for new store initiatives, and document where needed. Enhance associate-facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- 4 Years of Related Industry Experience (Installation, Repair or US Home Improvement)
- 4 Years of Experience in data analytics, performance reporting
- Demonstrated project management experience, such as Gantt Chart design and development
