Job Summary
The Store Operations Associate ensures a world-class customer experience through effective store operations, including shipment processing, inventory management, and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities consist of supporting timely execution of inventory procedures, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, collaborating with team members for customer support, and complying with loss prevention policies. This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma, effective communication skills, and the physical ability to handle inventory and maintain a clean work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute brand standards to support with customer service
- Can read and follow company guidelines outlined in Brand Standards
- Detail oriented
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and place product on all shelves
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
