Job Summary
Monogrammer selects items for personalization and matches guest orders, ensuring embroidery work meets guest specifications with high attention to detail. Must assess embroidered items for frayed threading and quality, and perform routine maintenance on the embroidery machine. Requires ability to operate embroidery machine and POS system, be mobile on the sales floor, and lift up to 75 lbs. Full/Part-Time Flex role with open weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and two weekdays (Monday-Thursday) as needed; compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years retail sales experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years customer service experience (preferred)
