Job Summary
Conduct store operations and support the management team in growing the company brand by delivering best-in-class service and driving sales metrics. Supervise team members, lead by example, and foster a welcoming atmosphere while resolving customer issues and ensuring adherence to alcohol sales laws. Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards, and perform duties as assigned including inventory management and front-end operations. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lifting 50 lbs overhead and standing for 8-10 hours daily.
