Job Summary
Store Merchandiser/Stocker responsible for stocking shelves and displays, moving freight, inspecting and rotating products, and ensuring clean, organized shelves and back stock. Works with the sales and delivery team to service accounts daily, monitor promotions and new product offerings, and adhere to a daily schedule. Requires loading/unloading duties, lifting up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds on occasion with equipment), operating with a pallet jack, and complying with company policies. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be prepared to complete background checks and a drug screen. Shift is 1st with weekends; involves outdoor conditions and moderate noise; includes daily duties such as pulling damaged/out-of-date products and maintaining shelf integrity.
