Job Summary
Create and maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays; rotate merchandise to keep inventory fresh; receive and prepare shipments; stock following FIFO; ensure accurate pricing and signage; remove damaged items; assist customers and collaborate with Store Manager on replenishment and merchandising strategies; communicate effectively with team to support a welcoming shopping environment and overall store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or sales preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for reporting and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds for extended periods
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; occasional travel between store locations
