Store Merchandiser

Job Summary
Stock, rotate, and replenish bakery products to ensure freshness, build attractive displays, and complete daily inventory counts using an electronic tablet. Perform light bookkeeping, maintain merchandising records, and move stacks of bakery products throughout the store. Monitor inventory levels, communicate product needs, and build positive relationships with store personnel while following safety and food quality standards. This part-time role requires 15–28 hours per week with flexible morning, weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts. Candidates must be at least 18, live locally, and have reliable transportation and a cell phone. Represent trusted brands like Bunny Bread and Lewis Bake Shop in grocery stores across Indiana and Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Maintain reliable transportation to assigned store locations
- Have access to a reliable cell phone for communication and job-related tasks
- Demonstrate dependability, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with store teams and customers
- Live locally and be familiar with the assigned service area
- Maintain a flexible schedule with availability for morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Approximately 15 – 28 hours per week
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
