Store Meat Cutter

Cut, tray, and package meat and seafood products; receive and unload shipments, price and stock cases, ensure quality, proper rotation, and compliance with weights, measures, and labeling laws. Maintain a safe, clean work environment per OSHA and company requirements. Greet customers and take orders; use cutting accessories with mesh gloves for safety. Participate in pre-inventory preparation including back stock and matching tags to products; may assist in other departments as needed.
