Job Summary
Store Meat Cutter at Weis Markets in York, PA. Responsibilities include receiving/unloading shipments, pricing and stocking meat products, ensuring rotation and labeling compliance, maintaining safe and sanitary work areas per OSHA/state regulations, greeting customers, cutting/traying/packaging meat and seafood, practicing knife-safety with mesh gloves, assisting in back stock/pre-inventory, and supporting other departments as needed. Emphasis on teamwork, adherence to department procedures, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED), plus (2) years' experience in a retail environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
