Store Manager in Training; lead and develop the retail team, recruit and orient staff, drive sales goals, train and mentor sales associates, manage scheduling and operations, monitor expenses and profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining store standards and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation
