Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability. Oversee and delegate store activities, lead and train associates, and safeguard company assets. Provide every customer with a positive shopping experience while building community relationships through outreach and partnerships. Ensure full compliance with laws and regulations, enforce company policies, and implement operational direction from corporate headquarters. Requires high school diploma, retail management experience, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
