Job Summary
Manage daily in-store operations, visual merchandising, and stock levels while driving financial performance to meet sales targets and budgets. Cultivate a positive team environment through effective training, roster management, and recruiting talent to develop future leaders. Ensure consistent expert customer service, maintain store well-being and health and safety compliance, and execute business strategies in line with company guidelines. Assist the Regional Manager with expense control and stakeholder relationship management. Requires rotational weekend rosters including late night trade.
Required Qualifications
- A current Australian driver's license
- Satisfactory police check
