Job Summary
Manage the total omni customer experience by ensuring high visual and commercial curation, leading the full store team, and analyzing sales to optimize results and profits. Represent the brand positively during all interactions, establish budget goals, and create plans to improve performance while maintaining competitor awareness. Oversee store maintenance, daily opening and closing routines, and stock allocation, ensuring adherence to global guidelines, safety protocols, and legal requirements. Drive team development through recruiting, performance evaluations, and succession planning, while collaborating with area leadership and managing scheduling. Keep the sales floor tidy and up-to-date with fashion trends, supporting in-store tech services like Click & Collect and the Hello Member app.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience working in a leadership position
- Retail management and retail operations experience
- Experience collaborating closely with a team
