Job Summary
Manage daily in-store operations, visual merchandising, and stock levels while driving sales performance to meet financial targets. Cultivate a positive team environment through effective training, recruitment, and retention strategies to ensure consistent expert customer service. Assist in preparing staff rosters and managing expense control alongside maintaining health and safety standards. Work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade. Requires a current Australian driver's license and satisfactory police check.
