Store Manager (WM)

Lead one of our Patra dark stores by overseeing daily operations, managing 2–4 Shift Leads, and ensuring smooth processes including stock management, freshness, and order accuracy. Plan team events, hire and train staff, conduct 1:1s twice a year, and collaborate with other functions to maintain the right product selection. Monitor shrink levels and food waste, manage shift scheduling, handle incoming goods and store orders, and oversee equipment needs from office supplies to new fridges. Work during days, evenings, and weekends while maintaining fluency in Greek and English. This role is central to driving growth in Wolt Market's grocery delivery service across Greece.
