Store Manager (WM)

Store Manager for Wolt Market dark store in Patra, tasked with leading and developing a 2–4 person Shift Lead team, overseeing stock management, freshness, and order accuracy, and driving fast-learning, data-driven growth. You’ll hire, train, and conduct 1:1s twice a year to develop your team, collaborate with the Operations Team to optimize product selection and delivery speed, monitor shrink and waste, manage shift scheduling and incoming goods, and oversee store needs from office supplies to IT devices and new fridges. The role requires leadership, a fast-paced entrepreneurial mindset, multitasking, and fluency in Greek with English proficiency, with availability across days, evenings, and weekends.
