Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience while coaching a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning, ensuring the salon remains clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters' standards. Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team. Build strong relationships with customers to create loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences, while leading hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members. Analyze performance metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience
- Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations
- Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be based out of Winnipeg
