Store Manager

Store Manager driving Windsor's omni-channel Oasis experience in a full-time retail environment. Responsible for building brand loyalty, achieving store KPIs (sales, shrink, payroll, expenses), leading and developing a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists, ensuring visual standards and adherence to the Windsor Merchandising Directive, and maintaining loss prevention and safety procedures. Partners with the store team to analyze KPI reporting, translate numbers into actionable behaviors, optimize operations, and deliver a superior customer experience through effective coaching, onboarding, and talent development. Demonstrates strong communication, issue resolution, and a customer-focused leadership style to support store performance and profitability.
