Job Summary
Drive store performance by analyzing KPI reports, managing daily operations, and ensuring visual standards align with brand guidelines. Lead and develop a team of up to 25 employees through training, coaching, and succession planning while maintaining strict loss prevention and safety protocols. Execute the merchandising directive, optimize product replenishment, and resolve customer issues to build brand loyalty. Manage payroll, shrink, and expenses to achieve productivity goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- flexible and reliable schedule
- Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English
- Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
- Must be able to: operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- Must be able to: climb ladders
- Must be able to: move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds)
- work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
