Job Summary
Manage the overall shop performance by driving KPIs, optimizing floor layout, and ensuring strict adherence to visual standards and brand VM layouts. Lead a team through daily briefs, coaching, and succession planning to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high sales targets within budget. Oversee operational logistics including stocktake, replenishment, and multi-channel order fulfillment while ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols. Coordinate local community events and charity initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence.
