Job Summary
Store Manager at ALO Store (Westfarms/West Hartford area) responsible for owning the store's performance, leading Sales, Operations, and Visual teams, achieving sales and profitability goals, developing staff, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment. Leads with brand mission, drives KPI-based strategies, builds talent pipelines, conducts coaching and performance development, manages scheduling and labor, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to execute store initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced environment
- Independent work ethic, time management, and personal accountability
- Aligns with guiding principles
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Constant movement in and around all areas of store
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Full-time availability including peak days and weekends
