Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a single-unit retail operation in Toledo, OH. Oversees daily store performance, ensures compliance with laws and company policies, trains staff to staff all positions, maximizes sales and profits, maintains asset controls, executes merchandising and marketing programs (including plan-o-grams and signage), promotes customer service excellence, and develops leaders to improve staff productivity and customer satisfaction. Manages store reports and paperwork, responds to emergencies, and ensures proper handling of foodservice products and store transactions. Requires supervisory experience, retail/customer service background, and completion of required company training; High School Diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other relevant Company required training programs and required certifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Retail / Customer service experience
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
