Job Summary
Lead daily operations across sales, service, and team execution by supervising a 3–5 person team, coaching members, and managing scheduling and inventory. Drive revenue through customer engagement and follow-up while reviewing reports to improve results and support account retention. Manage store standards and step in to lead the store when needed. Own P&L performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, while making tough calls to drive results. Requires 2–3+ years in retail leadership, a valid driver's license, and bilingual skills for additional pay. Salaried at up to $65,000 with monthly profit-sharing bonuses, 3 weeks PTO, and medical/dental/vision benefits. Required Qualifications
- Proven leader ready to step into a Store Manager role within 30–60 days
- Demonstrated ability to own a business, not just manage tasks
- Strong decision-making skills—confident, timely, and data-informed
- Track record of driving results in sales, collections, or operations
- Experience managing and improving P&L performance (revenue, expenses, profitability)
- High level of accountability—you take ownership of outcomes, good or bad
- Ability to build, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance standards
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to win as a team and as a leader
- Comfortable making tough calls and leading through change and challenges
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while hitting business goals
- Ability to quickly assess a business and identify opportunities for immediate impact
- 2–3+ years leadership or management experience
- Strong background in sales or retail
- Proven ability to drive results and develop people
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Schedule: Salaried (45–50 hours/week) Monday–Friday: 9am–7pm Saturday: 9am–6pm (required)
- Sunday: Closed
- Must be able to pass drug testing in cases such as reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law
