Job Summary
Store Manager role at Majik in Lancaster, PA. Lead daily operations across sales, service, and team execution; coach and develop team members; review reports and act on opportunities to improve results; drive revenue through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing; support account retention and customer follow-up; manage scheduling, inventory, and store standards; step in to lead the store when needed. Requires 2–3+ years leadership or management experience, a strong background in sales or retail, proven ability to drive results and develop people, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Salary up to $65,000 plus Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus; benefits include 3 weeks PTO + holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, employee discounts, and career growth path to Store Manager. Schedule is salaried, 45–50 hours/week, Monday–Friday plus weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
