Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading daily operations across sales, service, and team execution; coach and develop a 3–5 person team; drive revenue through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing; manage scheduling, inventory, and store standards; review reports and act on opportunities to improve results; step in to lead the store when needed; leadership demonstrated through supervising and developing a team, partnering with leadership on growth, and driving performance; ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of leadership or management experience in sales or retail, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and holds a valid driver’s license; salaried role at 45–50 hours per week with a schedule Mon–Fri and weekends as listed; York, PA location; benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, employee discounts, and potential for profit-sharing bonuses.
Required Qualifications
