Store Manager - Watergardens

Job Summary
Lead the Skechers Watergardens store team to drive sales and overall store performance. Coach and develop staff, connect with customers on the shop floor, and model a high-performing, engaging culture. Oversee weekly store operations, wage control, shrink, VM execution, and stock accuracy, while maintaining safety policies and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with two consecutive days off each week, and opportunities for progression into flagship or senior leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor)
- strong track record of driving sales and team performance
- ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions

- strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
