Store Manager responsible for leading the Pandora store in Wagga Wagga, immersing in brand, culture, and product range while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Drive high-performance sales by coaching and developing the Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, creating a passionate store culture, and consistently exceeding customer expectations. Ensure timely execution of visual merchandising, smooth operations, and ongoing team development; partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to address performance or policy issues; bring expertise across talent, brand, operations, and customer experience to achieve KPIs and commercial targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager (3–5 years) in a high-performance retail environment.
