Job Summary
Maximize store revenue and drive operational efficiency through financial acumen and trend awareness. Manage daily business operations alongside assistant and department managers to ensure seamless execution. Develop colleagues and foster team spirit while maintaining customer satisfaction. Plan revenue development within budget constraints and oversee inventory management and cost control. Ensure store performance targets are met and report directly to the Area Manager. Cultivate leadership within the team and maintain a supportive environment for all staff. This role requires a Handelsfachwirt or business degree, strong organizational skills, and extensive retail leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Handelsfachwirt oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- mehrjährige Führungserfahrung aus dem Handel oder einem ähnlich dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Organisationstalent mit Priorisierungskompetenz
- Freude an betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen
- Willingness to manage store environment for colleagues
- Ability to maximize sales and influence daily operations
- Ability to develop colleagues
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to plan sales development within budget constraints
- Responsibility for efficient cost management of the store
