Job Summary
Store Manager leading Pacsun operations at Roanoke locations by driving sales, supervising store functions, and coaching the management and associate teams. Responsibilities include prioritizing and delegating tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs; building product confidence through education; executing product, visual, and marketing directives; maintaining a clean, stocked store and safe shopping environment; delivering exceptional customer experiences; achieving sales and performance metrics; analyzing reports and using payroll tools to drive action; minimizing shrinkage through shortage action plans; driving digital strategies (ship from store, BOPIS); communicating feedback to district/market managers; and developing team capabilities. Requirements include a four-year college degree or equivalent preferred, substantial retail experience with management experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel occasionally. The role is full-time with flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and may involve travel for meetings/workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results
- Minimum of two years of retail management experience required
- Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary)
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
