Store Manager responsible for leading day-to-day store operations on a Tuesday–Saturday roster including late-night trade and weekends. Drive sales performance and profitability through coaching and development of a large team, maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, manage rostering, budgets, and scheduling to meet payroll targets, recruit and train staff, and uphold Universal Store values and brand expectations while delivering standout customer experiences in a fast-paced youth-fashion retail environment.
