Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading and developing staff through a 5-week manager-training course, hiring and interviewing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance and sales metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance costs, assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service with issue resolution. The role includes base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities and requires supervision, training, and development of store personnel to meet metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
