Job Summary
Store Manager overseeing daily store operations with emphasis on staffing, training, and delivering strong customer service. Responsible for interviewing and developing employees, maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers, achieving self and team performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and resolving customer issues. Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus commission with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
