Job Summary
Store Manager overseeing a team through a 5-week manager-training period, responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; analyzing daily sales to maximize performance; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory and maintenance costs; assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical stamina, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting pay is $17.00/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities.
