Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a tanning and wellness retail location, overseeing staff recruitment, interviewing and development, and ensuring excellent customer service. Drives store performance through daily sales analysis, adherence to banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements, and by managing expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance). Executes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, assigns and follows up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and resolves customer issues while maintaining a positive workplace culture. Requires supervisory experience, ability to motivate a team, and physical capability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
