Job Summary
Store Manager needed for Palm Beach Tan locations in Grove City, OH. The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience and 18+ years old, with the ability to stand, walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds. A 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics is required. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff meet theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
